  • ShadowMessage: Implemented a continuous messaging solution replicating text messaging functionality, accessible via the ShadowtrackONE Platform in the left navigation menu, user profiles, and enrollee profiles. Unread enrollee messages will trigger an email notification to the assigned user after 20 minutes. Within the EnrolleeApp a new “Messages” button will be displayed.
  • ShadowVisit: Added a "Processed" sub-tab under the Intake tab, allowing officers to manually resolve and move intake forms for better organization.
  • Intake Form: A dropdown list for enrollees to select what country they were born in has been added.
  • Configurable Additional Questions for Intake Forms: SysAdmins can now add, edit, or delete district-specific questions under Settings → Service Settings → ShadowVisit → Additional Questions, which appear after the Re-Entry Needs Form. Tenant Admins have view-only access.
  • Re-Entry Needs Form: Added the Re-Entry Needs form to the intake process, prompting probationers to complete it during intake. A new "Re-Entry Needs" sub-tab has been added to Intake forms in the Lobby Status Page > Intake Tab, with future forms to follow the same format.
  • Login History Export: Added the ability to export Login History with filters for date range and usernames.

  • BAC Score is now included in Non-Compliance emails.
  • Added ability to export event details, including protocol actions, to provide a comprehensive log for verification and reporting.
  • Zone type and direction (entering/exiting) will now be listed for persistent location zone calls (e.g., "Exclusion - Enter Zone").
  • Removed the "Network Connected" status field from the Phone Restrictions section in the EnrolleeApp Info tab.
  • Added "Band Open" or "Band Closed" status display for ShadowCuff in the "Device Communication" section.
  • Added Inmate profile management under the Profiles Tab, and configured a streamlined enrollment process with a dedicated landing page.
  • Added a Profiles tab at the entity level with sub-tabs for Enrollees, Inmates, Victims, and Correctional Officers, each categorized into Active and Inactive.
  • Added the ability to multi-select days when setting weekly recurrence on device schedules.
  • The default mobile service has been updated to Facial on schedules.
  • The History > Locations tab will now default to "Last 200 Locations" for enrollees with hardware assigned, instead of displaying the last 5 locations. For the EnrolleeApp you have the option to select the last 200 locations.
  • Alarms Tab: Alarms are now cleared daily, displaying all data from midnight until the current time based on your time zone.
  • Updated terminology on the Enrollee Dashboard: "Mobile with App" is now "EnrolleeApp" under the Info column and in the Phone Service tab.
  • Only the initial notification attempt will be listed on the Drug Test > Results tab, removing subsequent SMS and call attempts to reduce confusion.
