What is Shadowtrack?
Shadowtrack is one corrections system for jail, institution, and community, from the cell block to the front door. Since 1995, jails, sheriffs' offices, probation and parole, pretrial programs, courts, and attorneys have used it for case management, facility operations, and GPS and smartphone monitoring. Monitoring is part of that system, not the whole company. Individuals ordered by a court to find a house arrest or electronic monitoring company can enroll directly on their own phone.
