New

  • A new report is now available from the reports tab titled "Caseload Report". This report can be used to export contact and address information for a particular officer's caseload.
  • The location of the officer will now be logged on the history>locations tab of the profile when the officer checks in when utilizing the OfficerLiveness solution
  • The ShadowPhone details will now be displayed on the enrollee dashboard when clicking on the Alarms for an enrollee
  • You can now access the enrollees profile by clicking on their name when viewing the enrollees tab from the entity profile
  • A legend is now available on the device events report that explains the meaning of each column and each alarm
  • The Case ID number can be used to identify and search for enrollees now. This information can be entered under the profile>cases tab of the enrollee profile
  • We have added additional search filters when viewing the enrollee list from both the user and entity profiles
  • We have added the ability to search by ShadowPhone ID number from the Devices>ShadowPhones tab
  • A custom support email can now be configured for your entity in the service settings. This will allow enrollees to access your email address when selecting the Support feature in the EnrolleeApp.
  • A new feature that allows enrollees to access their officer's business cards is now available in the EnrolleeApp. This feature can be accessed by the enrollee by selecting the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the app. This feature allows you to upload a custom logo to be displayed on your business card and enter your address. The enrollee can send you a voicemail, or get directions to your office by clicking on your business card in the app.
  • We have added the ability to remotely configure WIFI access points for the ShadowPhone
  • The option to assign a ShadowPhone is now available under the hardware tab on the enrollee profile of the mobile version of the application
  • The enrollment wizard has been improved so the enrollment steps only reflect settings specific to the type of service the enrollee is utilizing
  • A transcription of the chat session is now available. Users have the option to download the PDF version from either within the chat window or the chat call details on the enrollee compliance tab

Improvements

  • We have made changes to the enrollee dashboard to improve the time it takes to load
  • The case ID number is now included in the enrollee report that is exported from the enrollee tab
  • All notifications set to a "To be Determined" method will be sent as push notifications for all enrollees with a Mobile with App phone type
  • Push notifications have now been added to the mobile version of the application
  • The phone information section on the Hardware>Phone tab of the enrollee profile will be cleared any time a ShadowPhone is unassigned from the enrollee. This information will be filled in again when a new phone is assigned and the first location point is retrieved.
  • The enrollee list can be sorted according to the number of active alarms on the enrollee dashboard
  • All delayed locations retrieved from the ShadowWatch and/or ShadowPhone will be noted accordingly on the history>locations or compliance tabs
  • The location obtained when the enrollee logs out the app will now be logged on the History>Locations tab on the enrollee profile
  • We have changed to scrolling to allow easier selection of multiple enrollees when mass notifications are created
  • We have reduced the amount of time it takes to capture the enrollee's image during facial recognition to 1 second
  • Improved the functionality of protocol suspensions so an event is not created during the suspension period
  • The title of the user guide tab on the main navigational menu has been changed to knowledge base
  • The OfficerAlertness feature has been changed so the Check In button will remain grey as soon as the officer logs into the app. The check in button will turn green again as soon as the next cycle begins and the officer is able to check in
  • We have improved the functionality of exclusion zones for the hardware so that a 24 hour excluded area is created as soon as the exclusion zone is created, without the user having to create a device schedule.
  • The ShadowTether battery will be reflected on the alarm details when the battery critical alarm is triggered for the tether

Resolved

  • We have improved the functionality of all location requests in the EnrolleeApp. This change should improve silent location requests preventing them from returned as expired if the app is swiped away.
  • An issue with the weekly recurrence curfew schedule option that was preventing future calls from being scheduled
  • An issue with the drug testing button not always showing up in the Android version of the EnrolleeApp when the service was initially enabled
  • An issue with an error message being displayed when viewing an entity profile
  • An issue with the push notification not working correctly for ShadowVmail in iOS
  • An issue that was preventing weekly interview scheduled from being generated correctly
  • An issue with interview schedules when the recurrence field was filled in by the user. This field is now required.
  • An issue with some enrollees being unable to complete their interview after completing facial recognition
  • An issue that was scheduling outbound SMS notifications for inbound drug testing when a phone number was not entered in the enrollee profile
  • An issue with persistent locations not displaying on the map correctly if facial recognition was not completed by the enrollee
  • An error message that appears when editing and saving hardware protocols
  • An issue with notifications not appearing on the ShadowPhone when the lite or locked down software is installed
  • The schedule was taking a very long time to generate when it was added in the enrollee wizard. This was also causing a delay in the application creating the enrollee profile after the schedule was added
  • The even history displayed on alarms incorrectly noted the type of hardware the alarm was generated for
  • We have changed the way random weekly schedules function. The option to choose all 7 days is no longer available. The daily option should be chosen if you wish to create a schedule for all 7 days of the week.
  • An issue with the location not displaying on voicemail for some enrollees
  • An issue with the enrollees location being obtained multiple times when an appointment was read
