Application Production Release
January 31, 2026
New
- Added a Home Zone status indicator to the enrollee dashboard, showing a green “At Home” or “Not At Home” badge in the Info column when a Home zone is configured.
- Added a system administrator–only Entity Access Override setting, configurable by Shadowtrack staff upon request, that allows entities to view enrollees and users outside their normal hierarchy.
Improvements
- ShadowMessage now sends an automatic out-of-office reply to enrollees when the assigned officer is marked Out of Office, using the officer’s configured end date setting.
- Enhanced last-name sorting to ignore suffixes (e.g., Jr., Sr., II, III), sorting by last name then first name, using suffix only as a tie-breaker.
- Added the ability to view, add, and edit an enrollee’s internal message directly within the mobile application.
- Expanded the race dropdown in the enrollment wizard and enrollee profile details to include new Hispanic, Non-Hispanic, and Native American race options.
- Temporary Access has been removed for cross-entity case management.
- Exclusion Zone alarms now temporarily increase location tracking to every 30 seconds on the ShadowCuff, then automatically restore the enrollee’s original location frequency when they exit the zone or when pursuit mode ends.
- Protocol Suspensions can now be configured to suspend selected alarm types on a recurring schedule.
- Added “Test Alarm” and “Test Clear” buttons in the Victim Service Settings page, allowing officers to demonstrate the alerts victims will receive when an offender is nearby.
- Email and SMS notifications for Office Visit check-ins now include the check-in type selected by the enrollee.
- Added new case and profile information fields to the enrollment wizard and enrollee profile for improved tracking and reporting.
- Added a setting to sort enrollees by active hardware and alarms within the enrollee dashboard.
