• Added Live View for Pursuit Mode to both mobile and desktop applications, updating the map every 15 seconds, showing a ‘Pursuit Mode Active’ indicator with a 10-minute countdown, auto-centering on the latest point, displaying pursuit mode points in the location list, and reverting to normal behavior when deactivated.
• Added an EnrolleeApp Pursuit Mode, which can only be enabled by Shadowtrack administrators for 24, 48, or 72 hour periods and plots a new location every 50 meters while active.
• Added a new Hospital Report that allows users to manage hospitals, see who they are currently shared with, delete duplicates, and share hospitals with other entities.
• Added the ability for Tenant Admins to create appointment types and assign colors to them.

Improvements

• Updated and improved the voice engine on the EnrolleeApp and increased the minimum supported Android version of the EnrolleeApp to Android 8.
• Added the ability to filter by entity and sub-entities on the Usage Dashboard.
• Fixed an issue where interview transcriptions duplicated exceptions for IVR.
• Fixed an issue where offenses added to an enrollee through the enrollee wizard were not displaying on the enrollee’s profile.
• Added hardware action buttons to the request dropdown menu and quick links.
• Updated drug testing notifications by renaming the ‘Delivery Complete’ column to ‘Acknowledged’ and displaying 'No Check-In' for days the enrollee did not check in.

• Added the ability to assign jobs and programs to inmates within the inmate’s profile and group management tab.

• Fixed an issue where facial verification was incorrectly marked as non-compliant when the first image failed, but a subsequent image in the same call succeeded.
• Added a victim logout notification that alerts all Tenant Admins within an entity when a victim logs out.
• Updated the default map view within an enrollee's profile to satellite mode.
• Added the phone operating system and EnrolleeApp version to the ‘Enrollees Logged In’ and ‘Active Correction Officers’ Usage Dashboard metrics.
• Resolved an issue with weekly schedules where schedules starting after 7:00 PM CST were sometimes not recognized correctly due to UTC time conversion.
