Application Production Release

June 01, 2024

New

  • We are excited to announce a new feature of the enrollee app that allows enrollees to access external resources. The resources are set at the entity level allowing you to enter a title, website URL, and a phone number. Once entered at the entity level, enrollees can access these resources by selecting the "Resources" button noted on the home screen of the app
  • The enrollee app now allows the enrollee to scan and store a method of identification in the app so that it is readily available any time they need it. Enrollees can access this new feature by selecting the three dots located in the upper right hand corner of the app
  • Enrollees can update their phone number from within the EnrolleeApp. Enrollees can access this new feature by selecting the three dots located in the upper right hand corner of the app
  • The enrollee's location will be verified when they read a new appointment notification or view the appointment on their calendar in the EnrolleeApp
  • We have implemented the ability to send push notifications via the EnrolleeApp to enrollees. You will see this new notification type as one of the options when scheduling a notification for the enrollee. You will also see a new "Push" tab located under the notifications tab of the enrollee profile. Push notifications are a better alternative to text or email notifications the enrollee may or may not receive due to their carrier. The push notification alert remains in the app until it is read. You will also see the read status along with the date/time the enrollee read the notification.
  • We had added a "Latest Locations" button to the location history tab of the enrollee profile. This feature allows users to always load the latest locations received
  • The enrollee's location will be obtained any time they select the "Drug Test" button located on the home screen of the EnrolleeApp

Improvements

  • The TTS (Calls) drug test notifications will now be transcribed so that officer can view the message details in CORIS notes
  • The mobile version of the application now displays all active enrollees instead of just the enrollees assigned to you
  • We have added an entity filter when viewing the interview protocol questions that allows you to filter questions according to what entity they are shared with
  • The enrollee dashboard now displays the following information: The type of hardware being used (e.g., ShadowPhone, ShadoWatch, etc.), the mobile service type, the EnrolleeApp login status, the hardware signal, battery percentage, and any active alarms
  • We have added a new timeline button that is noted on the enrollee profile> alarms tab. This button displays all location points obtained during the alarm period, along with key information. (e.g., an alarm for being outside an Inclusion Zone will show all points traveled until the alarm was cleared.)
  • Users can now export the drug test results noted on the enrollee profile via the drug testing> results tab
  • We have added an export button to the event timeline when viewing alarms on the enrollee profile via the alarms tab. This change allows you the convenience of exporting the location history for the enrollee while reviewing the alarm timeline
  • Alarms will now be included in the location history report. This allows you to see what alarms were triggered during the specified time frame
  • Users can now filter location points by different types, including Wifi, GPS, LBS, Mobile App, and Google Unable to Locate
  • Protocols are separated according to the hardware type selected when creating them. This change makes it so that only the alarms specific to the hardware type chosen are available.
  • We have added the ability to select enrollees according to the entity they are assigned to when sending out a mass notification.

Resolved

  • An issue with old notifications being rescheduled after the enrollee was made inactive and then active again.
